What actually happens on the call?

You and Michael speak for sixty minutes by phone. Because he has already read your intake form, the call doesn't start at the beginning — it starts at the gaps. Expect to be asked things nobody has asked you before.

Do I need anything before I book?

Accepted Answer

Just the intake form. It goes out as soon as you book and takes about fifteen minutes. The more detail you give about your training, your nutrition, your sleep and what you are already taking, the more useful the hour is.

What do I get afterwards?

A written summary of the call: what you talked through, the over-the-counter options worth reading up on, and the questions worth taking to your doctor. It is built around your goal and your routine, not a template handed to everyone.

Is this medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Michael is a fitness and wellness coach, not a physician. Nothing on the call is a diagnosis or a prescription, nothing is sold or dispensed, and it does not replace care from a doctor. If you have an existing condition or take prescription medication, put it on the intake form and speak to your physician before changing anything.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email. More than 24 hours before your appointment you can move it or cancel for a full refund. Inside 24 hours the fee is not refundable — the slot was held for you and Michael has already done the preparation.

Question 6

What about follow-up calls?

Accepted Answer

Follow-ups are 30 minutes at $100, roughly monthly, to talk through how things are going and revisit the plan as your training and your goals change. They are available once you have completed an initial consultation — you will be sent a private booking link.
