What you get, and when

What you receive.

• A scheduled one-to-one telephone consultation of the length shown on the booking page.

• Our review, in advance, of the intake questionnaire you complete when you book.

• A written summary delivered after the call: the over-the-counter options discussed, why they came up, and the questions worth taking to your doctor.

When.

• Confirmation: immediately by email, with the appointment time and your intake form.

• The call: at the time you booked. We call you on the number you provide.

• Your written summary: delivered by email within 2 business days of the call.

How it is delivered. Everything is delivered electronically, to the email address you give at booking. Nothing is shipped. There are no delivery charges.

Where we deliver. We serve clients throughout the United States. Consultations are conducted by telephone, so there is no location requirement beyond being reachable at the time you book.

Preparing for your call. Complete and return the intake form before the call. The more detail you give about your training, your nutrition, your sleep and what you are already taking, the more useful the hour is.
