How payment works

Currency. All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD).

What we accept. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card logos are displayed at checkout.

When you are charged. The full fee is charged at the time of booking. Your appointment is not held until payment clears. Each booking is a single charge — we do not store cards for future use and nothing recurs automatically.

What appears on your statement. WARRIORS CONSULTING

How your card details are handled. Payments are processed by Wix Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. Card details are entered directly into their secure form over an encrypted connection. We never see, handle or store your full card number.
